Flashback To A Year Ago

Can’t believe it’s already been a year since I gave this speech at the World Wide Rally in Toronto😮

Things got even darker for me after this, my mental health deteriorated much more😓. It took me a while to learn how to somewhat ground myself🧘🏻‍♀️ in such an unstable and unsafe environment but I did it🤗, I’m finally getting the hang of it so now I’m ready to help empower others to do the same👊

My first program is out and doing amazing!!!😎...I’m so happy about it😁. Now I’m planning my trip across Canada🇨🇦 and will be running my free workshop “Healing From Childhood Trauma 101 in approximately 18 cities nationwide… It’s finally happening, “Lighting Up Dark Corners is up and running and on a mission to empower you to HEAL & RISE✊
